9/11/2011

Jim made pancakes for us this morning. We ate while watching the tenth anniversary of 9/11 ceremonies on TV. We drove to Derry, N.H. to take a tour of Robert Frost’s farmhouse. He was a great American poet and lived in the farmhouse in the early 1900s when he wrote many of his most famous poems. The tour guide took a picture of us sitting on the double hole indoor outhouse. Then we went to the Anheuser-Busch brewery in Merrimack, N.H. We went on a tour and had two beers in the hospitality room. We also went to the stables where they keep their Clydesdale horses.
