We thought we would move to a state park a few miles away while we waited over the weekend for the Casita part in come in. We decided to go without the Casita in case we didn’t want to stay there. Once there we were glad we didn’t pull the Casita. The sites would have been impossible to back the Casita into -- there were too many trees. The state park didn’t have any hookups and they charged $25.00 per night.

We went back to Camping World and called the Saddleback Campground where we stayed two days ago. The price for a site there was $15.00 with water and electricity (they are in Passport America). They also have amazingly fast wi-fi and hot showers. This is a great place to stay if anyone is up in this area. We sat outside and played games at the picnic table and then went to look at antiques. Jim bought a beer tray for $10 which he thinks dates to before prohibition. Before we left the campground owner told us they were ordering pizza for everyone tonight and we only needed to make a donation. When we returned everyone ate pizza and sat outside around a fire. Then we moved to the campsite next to us. The people were from Concord about 20 miles away and he had some hard cider for us to try. It was made from local apples.
